How we grow
Regenerative, nutrient-dense food
We are learning cutting-edge aeroponic growing techniques for nutritionally dense microgreens, sprouts and other healthy vegetables, alongside our outdoor fields.
Our crops are sold at the CWC Farm Store and to farm-to-table restaurants, shared with senior citizens, and donated to local school lunch programs.

Meet the mini horses
Our mini horses, sweet donkey and chickens are part of the healing here. Touch therapy with the animals is part of the program for interested participants.
They need year-round support for food, housing and vet care.
